Adult Faith formation
Alpha for adults is an opportunity to explore life and the Catholic Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal setting. It offers an opportunity to consider what we believe, why we believe it, and what it has to do with how we live. We revisit our most basic Christian beliefs and renew our openness to the Holy Spirit to be active in our daily lives. Alpha is designed to meet everyone where they are and invite them to grow even closer to Jesus.
Alpha will begin on September 4th in English and will run for 12 Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm in the Ministry Center. The Spanish sessions will begin September 5 for 12 Thursdays from 7:00pm-9:00pm
Do not worry about your dinner on these days – dinner will be served. You will get to know happy, loving people around a dinner table and together we will watch a video on a topic of the very basics of Christianity. After the video, there will be time to have a conversation about the content of the video.
In a world of isolation, anonymity, and keyboard-warriors, Alpha offers content and guidance for churches, ministries, and individuals to create a space for honest and open conversations about life’s biggest questions. Everyone is welcome and no questions are off limits.
