Mamma Mia! The First Taste of 75 is Officially Here!
What a night! Our Mamma Mia! Parish Pasta Dinner that was held October 4th wasn’t just about delicious food and fun — it was the first fundraiser kicking off the yearlong celebration of Assumption Church and School’s 75th Anniversary in 2026!
A huge thank you to our amazing co-chairs Mary and Jacqui for leading the charge toward this milestone year.
Special thanks to Don and his team for a truly delicious dinner, and to Trevor and Loren for keeping the drinks and smiles flowing behind the bar.
We’re also deeply grateful to all the volunteers who set up, served, and made the evening shine.
It was wonderful to see so many parishioners — past and present — families, and friends gathered together once again. What a reunion! The excitement for next year’s 75th celebration is already building.
Assumption has always been more than a parish and school — it’s a family rooted in faith, united in fellowship, and blessed with a spirit of giving. Every meal, every moment, and every act of generosity brings us closer to celebrating 75 years of love, learning, and faith.

Our 75th anniversary calendar is currently under construction, but we can’t wait to share all the exciting events we have planned!
Lasagna Love
November 16th - Parish Center 1pm-3pm
In coordination with our 75th celebration season, our church and school community are joining hands to spread kindness through Lasagna Love — a simple act of cooking and caring for local families who could use a little extra warmth.
We’re looking for volunteers to help cook, create, have fun and put together meals, and donations of ingredients like pasta, sauce, pans and most importantly Visa or Costco gift cards to purchase cheese, ground beef, and herbs.
A huge thank-you for the donations we’ve already received. Your generosity is helping us get closer to filling every tray with love.
Every tray made with love reminds someone that they’re seen, supported, and surrounded by a caring community.
Let’s fill both hearts and ovens with gratitude!
